Rooselvet LeeNEW HAVEN-The 7th ranked Connecticut TopBallerz defeated the Staten Island Vipers 116-95 increasing their record to 2-0. They took to the court Saturday in front of a crowd of 500 at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven.

CT TopBallerz game MVP Dale Saunders had 10 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks to help lead the team to their 19 point win. Roosevelt Lee and Kelvin Davis were also impact players with 20 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals, and 19 points, 10 rebounds respectively.

The Nation Drill Team wowed the fans at halftime with their high intensity, drum pounding performance. Local recording artist Tra’Nisha B opened the night with the national anthem.

The TopBallerz next home game is scheduled for Saturday December 3 at The Cosgrove Marcus Messer Athletic Center located at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven.
